Staging Consultations

Our staging consultations will include:

• Complete & thorough walk-through of your home with digital photos
• Recommendations on furniture & accessory placement to create that “WOW” factor
• Suggestions will include all budget ranges, with emphasis on using what you already have
• A detailed checklist and/or written report highlighting and prioritizing the changes the homeowner should make to ready the home for sale -- from curb appeal to room-by-room assessment

Our job is to help you impress the prospective buyer in the first few seconds upon entering the property - so they can visualize your home as their home!

Complete Staging

This service is ideal for Homeowner's who are unable to Stage their house themselves due to a short timeframe or other constraints. We will look carefully at the character of the home, the general demographics of buyers and current trends in interior design to transform your home into showcase condition, both inside and out. We can use your own accessories, use ours, purchase new or rent – whatever your budget permits to achieve the desired effect.

• We do a complete & thorough walk-through of your home’s interior and exterior, take digital photos, and measurements to get a feel for what is needed to have the house properly staged.
• We will use your existing decor and furnishings, and/or bring in furnishings and accessories from our large inventory if needed.
• We offer suggestions on the organizing and de-cluttering of trouble areas, as well as arranging for the storage of unnecessary items.
• We will carry out the work needed to get your home ready for sale by transforming it to show at its very best. Our staging work involves the re-arranging and editing furniture, accessories and artwork to create a fabulous first impression.
• We can also recommend reputable contractors for areas such as: Cleaning, Electrical, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs.

This requires approximately a 45-minute to two hour visit to your home to review your home inside and out. With your permission photos will be taken for “before” picture’s which you may use when marketing your home.

Each situation is unique.

Open House Prep

Buyers know within the first 30 seconds they are in a house if it is going to be their home. We will arrive two to three hours before the open house begins and prepare your home to make that great first impression.

Photography and Real Estate Shows

80% (and this number is growing) of home buyers make the decision of whether or not to tour a home from viewing the homes image via the internet. The images of the seller’s home on a website must create the urgency for a prospective home buyer to contact you for a showing.

We are masters at creating ambiance in a home and we understand how to capture that feeling in our photos, therefore, we offer our Photography and Real Estate Show services.

We believe that first impressions really count! Therefore, the photographs on the internet are the surfer’s first view of your home. These images should convince the potential buyer to schedule an appointment, so we require that they show the positive aspects of your home and avoid the negative. They are sent to you via email in a format useful for all purposes!

Once the photos are taken, we then have the capability to add them to a real estate show complete with music and movement. These shows can be emailed to all your contacts, potential buyers, etc. They are a great way to be pro-active when marketing your home.

Our Real Estate Shows also include a pre-made, colorful flyer which also can be e-mailed to prospective buyers, friends, family, co-worker’s, etc. as a new marketing campaign strategy!
